We typically respond within a few business days, and within 30 days for formal privacy requests.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent information resource. We are not a warranty company, an insurance company, a lender, a health provider, or a licensed advisor, so we cannot file, review, or intervene in claims or accounts with any provider, and we cannot give individual legal, financial, insurance, medical, or tax advice.
